for 2018 I would like to see at least the top 20 coins on each bigger exchange. Would be great if you could buy any of these with fiat currencies and not be forced to buy a "better known" altcoin just for a trade to a "less known" altcoin.

    Exactly! That is why I hope STEEM will be listed on one / both of these exchanges as it would allow easy and direct exchange between EUR and STEEM.
