What a pleasant surprise - STEEM just went up 32%

To my pleasant surprise I see that STEEM went 32% up in the last couple of hours, This morning it was up around 5%. Does anyone know what happened? In any case, good news!! STEEM on!

There was a report from Weis Rating Agency that rated STEEM with B- which is a Buy rating!

Steem got a buy rating (B-) from Weis Rating Agency. That probably caused the price increase.
