Zappl Delegation and Usage update!

Zappl is now over a few hundred posts a day so now we will be fully switching over to an automated model. This way we can get the data we need for the bot without causing reward pool abuse. So we will do at least 1%-5% up votes on unique content that is posted.

Content that is constantly re-posted will not be rewarded. We are now switching to an automated bot that will reward user based on activity which we will make a longer post about it. The reason why we plan to reward users is to add value to the blockchain and keep bringing new users into the steem blockchain. Users tend to leave when they feel they gain no value from content.

Bonus:
We'll also be providing Five manual 20% votes a day for creative posts like video and image uploads. They must be original and we will check to make sure if content is stolen or reuploaded reguardless if its your own content. This will be check with the best of our ability.

Checks and features before bot starts up voting:

*. Users must have posted or commented

*. Check for spammed comments or posts- Aka copy paste replies-

*. Has comment or post been made on the website or zappl app check.

*. Has user been blacklist, This happens to spammers and people try who try to multi log one ip and spam replies and posts.

Rules:
Trying to multi log or game the system will be taken serious. It is not advised and will have its set of rules of how to deal with it by community moderators. There will be no appeal process to be delisted from the bot's votes. Because every person who is blacklisted will be check manually for quality assurance.
