Zappl bug: Getting "You may only post once after 5 minutes." repeatedly

I just tried using zappl but looks like it's not working properly. I know it's still in beta version but the posting should work fine but that's not the case. I could make one post on zappl and after that I keep getting below error even though I tried posting after more than 5 minutes since the last post.

I am sure the developers at zappl would attend to it quickly and fix it.
