Very right @nathanmars. Many are addicted to phone like anything. Even inside dream some will still be looking for there phone all around. The phone must be in there hands for at least 18hours.

I'm fine with people to have phone in their hands for 18hrs as long as they are doing something useful.
Don't misuse tools and it's harmful. Definitely don't misuse people and it's bad KARMA..
