Rational Minimalism

I am convinced that like everything in life, in Minimalism there are many aspects; after a little more than five years leading a Minimalist life I am clear that I share much more with a rational position than with a radical position on this lifestyle, my reasons are clear and precise: I see minimalism as a lifestyle that must be shared and carried out by the greatest number of people, to achieve it the radical imposition of ideas will never be possible.

For me the concept of Minimalism came at a very necessary moment in my life, I needed to eliminate saturation and put an order in everything around me, which has been a very positive way to find tranquility and thus be able to focus on really important things .

One of the things I have learned in this time is that the idea of ​​carrying out a personal transformation inevitably requires the detachment of some things that we simply do not need, we need to open space for new things and that is what gives you a great deal of minimalist consciousness, but I am convinced that the radicalization of the subject is not always well received.

Rationality allows us to enter into a cognitive decision process that can influence in one way or another the satisfaction of our primary needs.

Rational minimalism helps me to think about what or for whom I make or make certain decisions, that is, if I believe that I have to do something for what other people will say that then delegitimizes my decision.
