Benefits of drinking water in an empty stomach
If we are thirsty, after eating food or playing something very sour, we are chasing them. But many people do not know how much benefits are available in drinking empty stomach.
Our body is 70 percent water. There is no alternative to water
you are absolutely correct my friend also one more thing i will add in to this when we take a heavy meal then we should not drink more water instantly but instead of that we have to wait for one and half hour.please upvote and follow me friend
