Knee effusion and swollen ankle.
Resting with my foot up. Knee effusion means fluid from blood has leaked into my knee. Some drained down into my ankle. Which is now swollen. Apparently result of sprain.

Having some serious rest. Seeing physio on Friday to find out if I need refering to an orthopaedic surgeon.
