Three cards clattered on the table, each accompanied by an insistent "I'll pay!"

"Gold!"

"Platinum!"

"Black. I believe this round's on me, gentlemen."

The other cards disappeared back into their wallets while Victoria signed her receipt.

This is an entry for the #zapfic contest entitled "Advantage". You might need to know that American Express (a credit card company) had different tiers of cards, of which black (Centurion) is the highest. I'm also amused Victoria was victorious - usually I'm absolutely stymied when coming up with names.
