It wasn't because of sexism, misandry or prejudice of any kind that her entire workforce was female. She just knew it for a fact that in all respects, except perhaps brute force, women were by far the superior sex.

No I think its reasonable that all the women are the best for that job. And maybe she prefers to work with the same sex 😁
