No idea for CNN, but I am pretty sure Russia's pulling the strings of some of our TV channels+political party. "ATTACK" is a bulgarian(russian) party that glorifies Russia, Putin and everything russian. There are few more parties here, two Turkish and etc.
You forgot to mention that you also have Soros NGO`s and media owned by western mafia that glorifies non-existent "freedom" & "democracy" while looting your country

Unfortunately, whether they did or didn't, the world is going through strange times. The internet, crypto's and the threat within by people that don't care for people is seeing very strange behaivours and responses to it. Personally, I do believe they are messing with polls and interfering as much as they can; why would they not? However, it's easy looking in from outside of being an American. These next few months are going to be interesting with the reviews into Trump and Russia.
I dont think they do, they have probably sensed a weakness or a loophole through CNN can be penetrated. There is always a possibility in every impossibility, CNN is just a social media and can be influenced by factors greater than it. There is a mole they need to deal with internally so as to get things straight.
