Yura.io is a decentralized open-source ecosystem that encourages combination and equal relationship between the clients and freelancers that are required to perform a perfect work done.

INTRODUCTION

Freelancers are recently finding it difficult to carry out projects assigned to them by their client. Sometimes all the necessary requirements to make a successful project are not provided to the freelancer, such as; lack of moral support, lack of commitment, inadequate funding, clients inability to provide the freelancer adequate logistics to make their work efficient and effective. All these factors when not provided to freelancer will make it almost impossible if not discourage freelancers to complete a given task.

From observation, we notice clients actions are not actually on purpose. The reason being that they are face with other affairs to deal with, hence their lack of commitment in the contract. Unfortunately other clients consider freelancers as experts on their field and they should be able to handle their assigned contract efficiently to deliver. Another mistake done by mostly clients is that they don't honour and respect the personality of the other party (freelancers) in the contract, believing they sack and higher as anytime they feel like. Thereby disregarding the terms and conditions of the contract.

However, the solution is that to ensure immediate completion of a project, an entirely different approach in commitment and equal engagement is needed to make this a reality. That is why yura.io aspires to solve this hurdles in agency to client relationship.
