Tenga fish curry

Clean the pieces of fish with water thoroughly and then put salt and turmeric powder in it and keep it for 15 minutes for the merinaant.
Now add two spoons of mustard oil in a pan and heat it and fry the merined pieces on medium flame.

  • Put pieces of frozen fish in the plate and keep them apart.
    Now add one spoon of oil to the pan and heat it and then pour the punch of the seeds of the forean.
    When these seeds begin to crack, add chopped onions and green chilies and fry them.
    When the onion is golden, add tomatoes and cook it for 5 minutes.

  • Add mustard paste, turmeric powder and red chili powder in the mixture of onion-tomato mixture.
  • Mix lemon juice and salt in the spices and mix well and then add water to it and cook it.
  • Put pieces of fish in vegetable curry and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
  • Tango fish curry is ready. Serve it with chopped coriander and mix it with rice.

haven't tasted anything like that in our country. And I really don't know what's a tenga or tango fish looks like or taste like. But in your picture... it looks sooo yummy!!
