Masala paper dosa

First, soak rice and fenugreek seeds in separate bowl for 5 to 6 hours.
On the other hand, soak urad dal for 3 to 4 hours.
After fixed time, remove the pulse from the water and grind it into a bowl and put it in a bowl.
Now grind the soaked rice, fenugreek seeds and poha together and keep them aside in a separate bowl.
Now mix rice and lentils paste well and keep it for raising yeast for overnight.

  • Before making the next day, mix the water with semolina, salt and as per your need, fix the slurry.
    Keep in a pan for heating the oil in a medium flame.
  • When the oil is heated, pour the dose solution on the pan in the circular area and spread it from the outside to the inside.
  • When it is lowered down, pour a little bit of oil around the dosa and turn it aside by lifting it from the edges.
    Now fill the middle of the potato. (Such as potato flour for the dosa)
  • Fold it from the other side and fold it on the plate and close the flame.

  • Ready spice paper dosa. Serve with coconut sauce and sambhar.
