Tandoori chicken tikka
First wash and clean the chicken and apply a small incision on it.
Now mix yogurt, all the spices and salt pudding in a bowl.
Put the prepared paste over the chicken and keep it for 2 hours.
After fixed time, keep the tandoor in the medium flame for heating.
- Keep the chicken on the lentil as it is heated and cover it for 30 minutes.
- Turn the chicken over for a while and stop after 30 minutes.
- Ready Tandoori Chili Chicken Tikka. Serve garnish with lemon juice, onion juice and chat masala.
