Method :

First, take a half spoon of water and add the soya chunks to it, boil it for about 5 minutes, and add salt according to the taste.

Cool the soy by filtering the water and washing them thoroughly with clean water.

Squeeze the water of soya well and squeeze them into two pieces.

Now in a bowl, make paste by mixing turmeric, red chilli powder and salt with a little water.

Put soya chinks and vegetables in a bowl in this mixture so that the spices can be well-mixed in all. Keep the mixture aside for at least half an hour.

After that, heat the oil in the pan, when the oil becomes hot, separate the curry leaves from the herds and wash and add the spicy soya chunk.

Make the fire moderate and fry these things for about two minutes until the dry pieces of soya dry out and do not bury well. Put a little water and cook it so that the vegetables are completely melted.

After this, lay a paper towel in a bid to remove it so that extra water is dried. After this, put it back in a hot pan and put it in a little bit, then add the serving bow and serve the hot hot by garnishing them with round chopped onions and curry leaves.
