8 paraval 3 potatoes 2 cup water 1 piece ginger 1 piece asafoetida 2 green chilli 1/2 tsp spinach cumin 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp garam masala 1/4 t spoon amchoor powder 1 tsp fennel powder 2 tsp coriander powder 2 t Spoon oil 2 tsp green coriander flavor

Instructions

To make Parwal's vegetable, first take Parwal and Potatoes and wash it thoroughly and clean it. Now with the help of knife, peel them both and cut them into pieces.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it. Mix cumin seeds, asafoetida, coriander, green chili, ginger and turmeric in hot oil and mix well. Fry all the spices well.

After doing so, add chopped vegetables, salt, red chilli in this mixture and mix well. By doing this, spices and vegetables will be found in between.

Put some water in the mixture and keep the vegetable covered for a while. After a while, keep running vegetable with the help of the clutch. If needed, then put a little water.

After a while, add amchoor powder, garam masala and fennel in the vegetable and leave for 2 minutes to cook. Put green coriander in the vegetable and mix it. In a very short time, prepare your delicious Parvale's vegetable, put green coriander on top of the bowl and cover all the hot hot.
