To make Paneer Lahori, first chop the paneer in square shape.

    Add roasted onion paste, Kashmiri red chili powder, curd, salt, coriander powder, turmeric, sugar, cumin powder and fry it.
  • Boil water and boil for 5 minutes. After a set time, add pieces of paneer and add garam masala and kasoori fenugreek and close the flame. (Instant garlic cheese curry)
  • Paneer Lahori is ready. Serve hot with bread or paratha.
