To make Darjeeling style potato, first put in a low flame to heat the water in a pan.

  • Once the water is heated, add tomatoes and dry red chilies, boil until the tomatoes are soft. (Fried potato chat of Delhi)
  • Close the flame as the tomatoes are soft. Take out the peel and grind it into the blender with the chilli and prepare the paste.
  • Place in medium flame to heat the oil in a pan. (Baby Potato Gravy)
  • Once the oil is hot, add pancreation to the pan.
  • As soon as the fivefolds begin to crack, add the prepared tomato paste, turmeric and red chilli powder, and stir well with the kadhi. (Prepare in the house potato vending vegetable)
    When the spices are completely roasted, then add potato pieces, salt and mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

  • If water is needed, add half a cup of water and cook it again for two minutes and close the flame of fixed time. (Bhujia of potato-cabbage)
  • Darjeeling style potato is ready. Serve hot with rice, bread or paratha.
