Panner mirch do piaza
Keep heat in a non stick pan. Cut pieces of green capsicum.
In the pan, add small cardamom, cumin seeds, coriander and sliced onion and fry until it turns darker.
Now add the onion onion and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Cut the paneer into square pieces. Now add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes in the pan. Mix well and fry for 2 minutes.
Then add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and cumin powder.
Mix well after adding capsicum, chili and curd. Cover with a low flame until it becomes soft and until
capsicum and bhavnagiri peppers become soft.
Now add salt and mix it. Then pour a quarter cup of water.
Now add paneer and mix it with light arm. Cover on low flame and cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot with chapati.
