Non Veg Fried Rice

Basmati rice 500 g
Capsicum 3 cut
Peas 2 cups
Onion cut 2
Leafy onions 200 gms
Chili 5-6 Cut
Soy sauce 4 teaspoons
Vegetable Oil 12 Tablespoons
Azinoomoto 1½ teaspoon
salt to taste
Egg 5-6
Chicken 250 grams boiled
Prawn 300g
Method-
Put rice, water and salt in a pan and keep it for boiling. When the rice is boiled, then drain the water and keep it aside. Now add 2-3 spoons vegetable oil in the pan and after finely chopped capsicum, onions, carrots, leafy onions, peas and chopped green chilies, cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes. Add some salt in it and keep one edge. Now again frying pan and pour oil, salt and egg into it and fry it well and keep it aside. Now add 2 teaspoons of oil to the pan separately and fry the boiled chicken in it and put salt and put one edge in a vessel.
Now quench the Prun with salt and separate them with 3 spoons of oil and fry them in pan. Now put rice, vegetables, eggs, chicken, prawn and soy sauce and ajinomoto in a large plate and keep them in the oven for 5-6 minutes. When it is cooked, serve it and raise the tears.
