Moton curry

Heat 3 spoons of ghee in a deep vessel. Fry the mutton paste in it until it becomes light brown on medium flame. Once it's done, keep it aside. Put 4 tablespoons of ghee in the same vessel, add staple leaves, cardamom and cloves and fry them. Then add chopped onions, ginger, garlic and chopped green coriander and fry them on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Now mix turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder and cumin powder in a second bowl. Add some water to it so that it becomes a thick paste. Now add this paste to the pan and fry it. After this, put the grinders of the gram in the pan and add water from the top and cover the lid and cook on a light flame for 1 hour. After this, remove the cover and add tomato puree, cucumber

pepper, garam masala and sugar. Keep the pan lightly and cook for 5 minutes. Prepare your mutton curry completely, sprinkle green coriander with it and eat it with rice or bread.
