To make gourd dal Cheela first wash all the pulses and wash them thoroughly and then keep them soaked in water for 5-6 hours.

Mix the paste of lentils in a vessel and add grated gourd, green chilli, ginger, salt and red chilli (if you wish) in it and then bake it well and then put a little bit of baking powder.

Now add 1 table spoon of oil in a nonstick pan and heat it and add 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds. After that put so much slurry of lentils that Cheema is 1/2 cm Let it appear thick and then cover the chelate and keep on slow gas for 4-5 minutes.

Now open the lid and roll the spoon and cover it again and again for 2-3 minutes on slow gas. When you see that the cheela has become brown and crispy on both sides, take it out in the plate and remove the other chisas in the same way and take them out of the plate.

If you want to save your time quickly, keep 2 nonstick pan on 2 gas burner and make cheeses together on both sides.

Gourd dal Cheela is ready. Now remove them in separate plates and serve them with green coriander sauce, sweet chutney or tomato sauce and feed them to everyone at home.
