Lazziz Paneer racipe
First, cut the paneer into small pieces.
- Keep in a pan, heat the ghee in medium flame.
- Once the ghee is heated, roast until cheese becomes golden and turn off the flame.
After golden roasting of paneer, roast them in milk. - Cut the fenugreek seeds finely and wash them thoroughly and prepare the paste.
Heat ghee in a pan in a low flame.
Add asafoetida, cumin seeds, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, fennel powder, garam masala and gum and fry for a few seconds.
- Mix water and salt. After thickening the gravy, add pieces of paneer and cook it for 5 minutes and close the flame.
- Fry maida is ready. Garnish with green coriander and serve it with bread or paratha.
