1 kilo rice 1 kilo fish 200 gram onion 200 gram curd 1 egg 2 green chilli 3 cardamom 3 lemon 4 fast leaves 8 long 5 pieces cinnamon 2 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon red chilli 1 tsp cumin seeds 1/2 tsp turmeric 2 te spoon oilflour flavor

To make fish biryani first take the fish and clean it well with water. Now put a cleaned fish in a vessel, add the salt and mix well and keep it for some time.

Now take the rice clean and keep it soaked in water. Now take a pan and add finely chopped onions and fry it well.

After doing so, put the turmeric, chilli and egg in the pieces of fish kept in it. Put the pieces of fish in a pan and put them in a light oil, so keep them aside and keep them out.

Pour long, cardamom, cumin seeds, cinnamon into a mixer, grind it into a fine paste and grind it. Take a bowl and add curd, ginger garlic paste, roasted spices, red chillies, turmeric, green chillies etc. and take a dash well.

Heat oil in a pan, add yogurt mixture and roast it. Do this till the spices begin to leave the oil.

Put rice and water in a vessel and cook rice for some time. When the rice is cooked, take a pot of biryani, add oil to it and heat it. Now add a quick leaf and add the rice, fry pieces of fish, curd masala, roasted masala onions, add lemon juice and mix well. Leave it late to cook

Cover the vessel and leave it for 10 minutes. In a while, your tasty and warm hot fish biryani is ready.
