Atte Ka halwa
First, heat 40 grams of ghee in one embroidery and then filter the dough into a vessel and mix it in hot ghee. Sprinkle with a spoon and roast on medium fire till it gets browned, and then mix three times the amount of flour (3 cups of water) and sugar until it breaks down all the chunks of the dough.
Now add chopped cashews and raisins, and let the halva get cooked on low heat. Keep the pudding continuously with a spoon or it will be in the bottom of the embroidery.
When the pudding is thickened, mix 20 grams of ghee in it and cook the halva with a spoon continuously.
When you see that the pudding has become thick and the sticking on the edges of the embroidery has stopped, then stop the gas and mix cardamom and remaining ghee in the halva.
Dough pudding is ready. Now, take it out in a bowl and decorate it with chopped cashews and pistachios and roast hot hot flour pudding and feed it to everyone at home.
