First, soak the gram in water in a large bowl overnight. Put a little baking soda too.

  • After pouring the whole water of gram in the next morning, add water and baking soda for one hour and keep it soaked.
  • In a medium pressure cooker, put a pressure cooker to heat the oil.
  • Once the oil is heated, fry it with a teaspoon, cloves and cinnamon.
  • Ginger-garlic paste and fry it by running it in a pan.
  • Mix salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, black pepper powder.
  • As soon as the masala roams, pour the gram with soda water.

    Add lentil pulse and cook the pressure cooker lid and cook for five to seven minutes.
    After the fixed time, open the lid and mash some gram and close the flame.
    Remove the gram in a bowl and cut it into two pieces of boiled eggs from above.
  • Ready egg gram Serve hot with naan.
