Fried fish
Wash and clean the fish, cut it into pieces. Then add gram flour, red chillies, turmeric powder, asafoetida, lemon juice, and salt to the pieces of fish and marinate it.

Then heat the oil in the pan over the gas. Fry the marinate fish pieces in medium flame.
- Fry from all sides until the fish becomes light brown and remove them in the plate.
