If you have not violated any of YouTube's policies, https://www.youtube.com/yt/about/policies/#community-guidelines, you may have a case. Feeling out interest for a Class Action Lawsuit against YouTube. They may be considered a monopoly, and therefore are violating First Amendment rights.
