Youtube Content ID Match System....A Broken and Illegal System
Many Youtubers use Youtube as a way to make money. There are many types of Yotubers but the one type of Youtubers I like to talk about are the ones who post videos of video game playthroughs (unedited or edited). Youtube created this system that known as a Content ID Match System where if you have a game like for example Grand Thief Auto V and your playing a sing from the car radio. You post the video and emable the ad for the video so you make money on. Thr only thing is the Content ID System detects the song from the game and flags the video for a Content ID claim from a third-party who now is making money off of your video. You can challenge it but if the third-party denies your request your channel will get a strike placed on it. The problem is they already made there money when they were paid by the gaming company to use the music. Any Youtuber who has been a victim of this broken and illegal practice would agree that Youtube is allowing the companies, like Nintendo of Japan for example who are the worse affenders of them all, are double dipping into the honey pot. So you ask yourself why would Youtube allow this to go on? Its simple they're only covering there own ass including Google's ass so they wont get sued.
This my readers is BS and we need to stand up against Youtube for this broken and illegal BS and support the gamers who do this for a living full time or part time. Youtube is breaking the the Fair Use Law and we need a lawyer who will help fight for the gamers of Youtube against Youtube and a judge who will give the Gaming Youtubers the justice that they truly need against this illegal practice run by Youtube and every gamer who has been a victim ofnthis practice get all the stolen profits back and this Content ID Match System shut downbfor good.

I suspect a class action lawsuit can rectify the problem within 15 years. In the meantime, turn the ingame music off, and put something else in the background, particularly smaller bands that might be more than happy to grant you the right to use their tunes.
We are talking about small third parties that no one has heard of. One Youtuber named Angry Joe emailed a small third-party asking them professionally to release this claim under the Fair Use Law while being calm but he doesnt hear back from them soon then he will have no choice but to them to court. I can tell you i dont know about the outcome of this issue but no news us good news. Also it was a review video for the new Star Wars trailer but you only see more of him and his friend and the trailer in the lower left corner where they both reviewed the clip and they were claimed for a few seconds a the video. You're not going to believe this but Angry Joe always seems to get this BS claims even though other are doing the same video but they dont get claimed but his video did. He keeps saying it could be of his name "Angry Joe" he's being hunted after cause he has the word Angry in the title of his Youtuber name, Youtube channel, and his videos.
Well, I'll just state I think Youtube is doing this to suppress certain voices that find an audience on Youtube. I don't like it, and would dearly like Steemit to provide a competitive platform for those creators Youtube is suppressing.
