RTMP is a live broadcast player, that supports a protocol that is used by many IPTV sources,
So If you are looking to watch live TV or sports stream of any kind within kodi this procedure is very necessary, by enabling RTMP Input, you'll get more choices in streams and your IPTV add-ons run a lot smoother
