Complete FIx and Flip Video with Before, After, and all the Numbers
I have been trying to do more of these videos that are like a television show, except I focus on the numbers and import parts of flipping, instead of the glamour and drama. I bought this house for $201,000, had $36,000 in total costs, and sold it for $275,500. We actually had a lot of drama with this flip, but it was not on the repair side. We had drama with me making stupid mistakes, appraisals and more. I almost made a $15,000 mistake by sending a counter without a price on it! Luckily that contract fell apart and we got the house to sell for much more.
