India is among those countries which have the young population between 15-30 age group, as per statistics by 2020 India will become the world’s youngest country with approximate of 60-65 percentage of its citizens are in the range of the working group. To utilize this young talent, the country needs to address the challenges like a quality of education in both urban and rural areas, bringing awareness in youth for agriculture and access to proper healthcare benefits mainly to women.
