Fundraising for Owens (3 years old) Eyelid Surgery
Almost a month ago the user @credlonu posted about Owens condition with the purpose to fundraise money to the surgery procedure of this 3 years old kid that requires an intervention to have a normal life. His full name is Owens Inojosa, who lives with his parents in the population of Naiguatá (Vargas - Venezuela) and he has a condition of exotropia / ptosis palpebral, which means that the tendons of his left upper eyelid aren't connected and because of that, it's always fallen, plus it's generating a squint condition due to the continuous effort to be able to see. He is the son of Omar Inojosa, firefighter from the fire dept. of Caracas since more than 13th years, who like @credlonu and I work currently in the audiovisual department of that institution.

Omar has exhausted the resources that can be assigned from all the help ways available and currently the department has no medical insurance that we had a month ago, he is now in debt with lenders at a high interest rates and with short times to return. But not all the news are bad, because after I talked to @bigdude and @nahupuku through youarehope in discord I knew that there were various things done wrong with the first post published by @credlonu, the tags and the fact that the english version was on the same post. Also Omar told me that despite the cost of the intervention was higher now, because he didn't got all the money at moment of the first appointment for surgery, the director of the Fundación Amigo Hospital San Juan de Dios (semi-private clinic) told him that the extra cost now was 15 millions of the venezuelan currency plus the 24 millions of the first budget. She also told him that, of that extra cost, she was going to help him with the most of it and that he have to be able just to give and bring to the clinic some supplies asked previously by the team of the surgery, and that's a huge relief.

After the funding and everything is done I'll do another post showing all transfers of banks to Omar's accounts and and bills of the intervention plus necessary spents for pre-operative and post-operative status.
This initiative has been from Carlos León (credlonu) and Kirvic López Aguilera (kirvic-aguilera), meanwhile the father of Owens, Omar Inojosa, agreed for the posting of this material and of the previous post just for the possibility of finding some funds to solve the health of his son and solve the debts in which he is involved now that are a source of a bigger problem.
