Yogurt Melts
These homemade Yogurt Melts are easy to make and so delicious. They are the perfect treat for babies starting on solids, toddlers, kids and adults too without added sugar!
My daughter loves yogurt melts so I decided to try making them myself. They don’t come out perfect in shape, but the taste is great and they simply disappear in a couple of minutes!
First puree your fruits in a blender or a food processor (Fresh fruits are best but you can use frozen too). Then add about twice as much plain yogurt (I prefer Greek Yogurt) and mix. Be creative! You can add some honey if you want them sweeter.
After mixing together your choices, put them in a plastic baggie with the end cut off. Line a baking sheet or serving tray with wax or parchment paper, Squeeze yogurt out onto tray in small dots. What’s great is you can make them the best size for your baby! Place in freezer for up to one hour then remove from liner and place in freezer safe container.
Simple as that! Your healthy dessert is ready to use at any time you like it. And all family member can enjoy it!!
