hell yea! I've been thinking about similar ideas lately as well! have you heard of sweat coin???
We have developed a yoga position sensor that is tamper proof. The sweat coin uses a normal smartphone and wearable s, this can be easily tampered with. You need dedicated hardware in order to validate a session. Other wise people will hack the system in order to get the coins.
