through your yoga practice, I promise you will see the world in a different format. seasons mean different; Spring is the time everything starts to breathe again. a deep yogi breathe. Oh! I have to talk about breathing methods too!

Pranayama

I have posted before about it. but I will explain it more here:

Pranayama is the base for any yoga pose. Since all poses are expected to continue for few deep breathes. It begins with deepening your breathing in three steps.

  • Inhale through your nose
  • exhale slowly through mouth, making a deep sound like HAAAA
  • close your mouth and exhale through the nose

Benefits

there too many benefits in Yoga breathing and I know you can search all of them. but I want to point something you may not find else where:

while you are in a pose, yogi breathing helps your muscles stretch more. you have to focus on the specific muscle while breathing. you will find it relaxing, which means now you may put it in to a bit more of stretch.

Don't over-do any pose. don't put yourself in to danger of injuries. you will know your body better than anyone else after a while ;)
