One the simplest and one of the most important poses! Plank can be done in couple of ways, and all are suitable for beginners.

Your body is weaker than ever now; your core muscles need the most attention in your body. Plank is the healthiest pose to gain back strength.

Stay in the pose for as long as you can, breathe normally or deep Pranayama breathe.
