Yoga is not a Competition with Ourself & Others but a Cooperation in between the Body & Mind & therefore the External World

The World is Broken & if We continue Old Paradigm Behaviour to Compete with One & Other rather that Support & Empathise with each others Vulnerabilities, We are Destined to Destruction

Rather than Competing maybe We could Observe & Witness this Behaviour that is Innate to Us All so We can Let it Go

That Only from the Ashes of Destruction, the Phoenix will Rise into a New World of Creation where Kindness & Compassion will be the very Essence of our Being
