Respect the limits of your body. Explore your comfort zone and you will see how it expands. Enjoy what you do.

Note:if you are in chakrasana(or any of its variations) keep your next turned inwards. Don't drop your neck loose. Neck is also a part of the spine. Don't attempt such variations unless you are most comfortable with purna chakrasana or in chakrasana with straight knees.

Chin stand :
chin stand is not for beginners .. it takes lots of practice . and i would suggest not to do alone as beginner but get help from someone . it requires highly flexible backbone . regular practice of this would give new strength in backbone .and the blood circulation of body .. blood pressure patient are advised to do not do it alone ..

Never forget to get your body stretcched before you get started ...
