We just LOVE this festival! It's much more than yoga. So if you're interested in hiking in beautiful Sedona, sound healing meditations, kirtan, Vedic Thai Bodywork, just to name a few things, you'll want to check out this very unique event!
David and I will be presenting our "Mystical Relationship" workshop and also "Vedic Thai Yoga Bodywork"! Oh, and you don' want to miss a visit or two or three to our favorite Sedona restaurant, Chocolatree! Lots of vegan (cooked and raw) items, not to mention the blissful in-house made chocolate, mmmmmm....
