Yoga Day Celebration at our NGO
In my last post (click here) I discussed about benefits of doing Yoga. I order to increase awareness about it, our NGO Guru Nanak Sewa Sansthan organized a yoga camp. This NGO basically works for children which don't get proper education facilities and works with the following vision in mind:
The society will be better if its future is nourished at present
So the camp was very much successful and a handful of my colleagues also attended the event. Have a look at the stills of future of our society practicing typical yoga postures and pranayams.
