Benefits of Doing Yoga

On this occasion of International Yoga Day(I am pretty sure many of you are not even aware about that), I would like to share what I feel about doing Yoga. Is it even worthy to wake up early and try different yoga postures, read all the way down you will get your answer. 

Inner Peace

If you are struggling with your stressed life, then yoga is the best approach to overcome that stress. Even a few minutes of yoga can be very effective to get rid of the everyday stress. Once you attain that inner peace you will find yourself proactive and energetic.

Weight loss

If you are finding difficulty to get spare time for gym or even shy of showing fatty body in the gym, then yoga is definitely for you. It takes nothing to start practicing yoga, not even the problem of going to some other place to do it. The more we practice yoga, the more we will be aware of our body and can tone our body in any shape accordingly.

Immunity

Yoga is a perfect way of increasing immunity of our system. Yoga postures massage organs of the body and even strengthen our muscles. Many practices of breathing exercises and pranayams releases stress and increases our immunity.

Better Relationships

The more you are aware of your defects and goodness the more you will impress others with them, and yoga is a perfect way of knowing yourself. Yoga keeps your body healthy and fit and see how your relations with those around you blossom.
The benefits of practicing yoga are countless but I hope you must have find one or two from this post

I never really stepped into yoga, but i like the idea to take a timeout and feel the moment.

great post, I always try new things only to give up after a while, yoga is the only thing that i've done more or less consistently over the last 15 years.
