Day 12: benefits and feeling

Isha kriya is the name of the current meditation I'm following. Read more here where Sadhguru explains the benefits of the kriya and why I decided that it should be my starting point.

Currently the first palpable benefit I've experienced is that it allows me to rest better and happily snore less do both my wife and baby enjoy the extra benefits as well. What's the first thing you noticed when you started meditating/yoga?
