Kapalbhati Pranayama- Steps's & Benefits

Must practice this pranayama to lighten your head.

Steps of Kapalbhati Pranayama-Lighting the head

  1. First sit on the Padmasana and close your eyes and keep the spine straight.
  2. Now take a deep breath (inhale deeply) through your both nostrils until your lungs are full with air.
  3. Now Exhale through both nostrils forcefully, so your stomach will go deep inside. As you exhale you feel some pressure in your stomach.
  4. While the process of exhaling there is a hissing sound, at this point try to think that your disorders are coming out of your nose.
  5. Repeat this process for 5 minutes.

Benefits of Kapalbhati Pranayama

a) It Generates heat in the system to help dissolve toxins and waste matter.
b) Adds luster and beauty to your face.
c) Improves digestion, Improves the function of kidneys and liver.
d) Daily practice of kapalbhati can cure the all intestinal problems.
e) It helps reduce stress in the eyes, thus curing dark circles around the eyes.
f) Improves the blood circulation problem in whole body parts.
g) It also helps in regaining poise in emotions.

Your efforts are really appreciated .you will experience different different things at the start .the winning combination is first of all you just have to trust body contain 70-75% water and water contains 33% oxygen .if we can increase the oxygen level in our body we are done . Pranayama is an proven effective way of increasing the oxygen level in our body .i am also creating The audio and video systems on the same , keep practicing i can only insure you will feel at top once it will start benefiting you .links will be shared soon
