A machine, which is made up of many types of parts. If any part of the machine is damaged, the machine stops working. Therefore, the body is a machine and also needs to be kept clean and maintained. In today's mechanical era, we become have materialistic and enjoy physical happiness. But can not attain happiness. In physical deformity, we use sleeping tablets for sleeping in mental stress, laxatives for stools, painkillers for pain, tonic etc. for body power. As a result, today's people, especially the youth, are becoming more and more drug addict. Thereby, social and ethical values of life are getting lost.

The question is

How to reduce physical decay and social stress? Its simple and scientific treatment is yoga and pranayama. Yoga is the result of the penance of our Sages. There is a big misconception about yoga in today's era.

Misconception

Most of them misunderstand it as exercise. But there is a huge difference in yoga and exercise. Yoga is a subtle influence on our parts, our all-round development of mental, inner strengths.

Nature’s gift

Nature has given man 100 years of beautiful body. But we have made this body inefficient and lazy due to our life style. Obesity invites many diseases, including diabetes, blood pressure, heart disease.

Man's pain

In today's era, human beings suffer from back pain, mental stress, constipation, and excessive diabetes. It is possible to treat 100 percent with yoga. But it is essential to have patience and faith in the treatment and it is very necessary to follow the rules of yoga.

Simple & Clean I haven't been able to get into the mantra of Yoga, because it feels like an exercise and it works my muscles get worked more than any bench press or squat.

Yeah, yoga can do miracles. Carrying weights in gym can help you build muscles but with Yoga one has to balance and carry their own weight, which is more difficult than working out in gym.
