After I chatted with a woman in my yoga sculpt class today and learned her age (50+) and looking fit like the 20 year olds in the class, I have come to a conclusion:

If a woman is fit (not to be mistaken for skinny) after she turns 35 def gets a big nod of respect in my book. Genetically blessed aside, to be thin takes self control, however, to be fit takes not only self control but dedication and discipline. #nameste
