Yoga exercise when you are traveling or in traffic jam

Going to work or any other work? Traffic on the road for a long time. For sitting in the joints of the bone, the jagged jatha. There is dust, air pollution. Stuck in the air like the ball pouring out of anger. How to keep body and mind in this situation?

You can reduce some energy loss if you practice some mild exercises in the traffic congestion. Kamalesh Barwal, the author of a book called 'Log in to Log In', has suggested a few yoga writers. Know some yoga rules:

Head massage: Sit straight and keep your head straight. Take a breath and lift the right hand up. Put your palm over the forehead. Lower the upper part of the head to the clockwise turn. Take time to breathe slowly. Shake the headache and try to feel calm.

Throw eyebrows: Sit head and spine straight. Now close the eyes. Quickly open and close the eyes 10 to 15 times. Then gradually repeat the same process. Keep eyes closed as hard as possible. Then extend the eyes as much as possible. Do this process several times. Breathe frequently during this time.

Jaw Drum: Sit head and spine straight. Put three fingers on the cheek bone. Light massage in the circular muscles of the muscles there. Keep the face relaxed. Bring the fingers from the jaw to the chin by pressing down a little. Can be processed several times. During this time you can breathe normal and deep breathing. Have fun with the face toughness of the face.

Rotate the light head: Sit straight. Keep the neck, head and spine straight. Take a breath Tilt the chin upwards and shake your head backwards. Feel the tension of neck muscles. Stay in a few seconds. Leave the breath and bring the chest to the front of the chest. Rotate the clockwise and opposite sides very slowly. Try to feel calm.

Stretching shoulder to shoulder: Keep the spine, neck and head straight. Take a breath Take your shoulders towards the ear. Stay this way for a while. Release the breath and bring down the shoulders. Follow this procedure several times and feel the shoulder muscle pressure. Feel the power when the tumor is pulled in the spine.

Quick shake body: Sit straight and long. Bring your hands to the chest. Relieve the wrists, shoulders and head lightly. The wrists, body and head can shake together as a dance. Relieve the body's inclinations.

Body twisting: Sit straight down. Breathe and twist the body right. Stay in it for five seconds. Leave breathing again and again. Wrap the other side. Several times in this way the body can mutate.

Kamalesh, Chief Executive of Sri Sri School of Yoga, India, claimed that he would do great work on body and mind after doing yoga for four to five minutes in traffic. Whenever the traffic jams are stuck for a long time and there seems to be a defect in the head, these exercises can remove the tiredness of the mind.
