Yoga is so much more than a pose ... I used to do all the fancy poses too, so as long as yoga is being looked at it's great however the real challenging poses aren't fancy to the eye. Breath work and dynamic movements can't always be pictured ... but I will try lol ... I've been teaching yoga for 8 years and practicing for 15 ... my style of teaching has evolved as I have and has many kundalini aspects to it :)

Great idea for a yoga contest to bring more light to yoga on this platform :)
