no... especially not on headphones. there are certain tones though that when you hear them they open channels in the brain. but dont listen to them on headphones. you need larger stereo speakers for that. I always recommend doing the bija mantras yourself instead of listening. much more powerful.

Just a suggestion. Feel free to ignore. Awakening of chakras is not/shouldn't-be the ultimate goal, instead it is just a small side-effect of being aware of the Self, The Supreme Truth. Focus on the Self, rest everything falls in-place.
